A pretty and safe way to enjoy the inviting ambiance of candlelight, OXO's Candela series substitutes clean, bright LED illumination for traditional wax and wicks. This set of four votive-sized DemiGlow lights features translucent white holders in a sleek cylindrical shape with lights set halfway up the inside. When lit, which simply requires lifting the holders off the included charger, the quartet emits a soft, consistent glow that replicates firelight and "burns" for up to eight hours. Unlike traditional candles, however, these do not get hot, won't extinguish when exposed to drafts or breezes, and produce no smoke or soot. Plus, LED lights never need to be changed, it's effortless to keep these running for years. To recharge, simply set the lights back on the charger and plug the set into any standard outlet.
